The Return of Stella
Stella will be making its first public appearance in quite a while as we host New York Magazine's 40th Anniversary Bash at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on October 10th along with bands The National and Grizzly Bear. I don't know either band, but I know they are very popular with the kids. We'd love to see you there.

Fine,Reptar....maybe I really DO question the sincerity of his invitation. There-are you happy....bastard???

Dear Steve Huff/Assistant Extraordinaire,
I appeal to you. Something must be done with this boy! No press since 8/1? The calendar still shows the Big Foot show?
The time is NOW to make a difference, Steve! (Vote Obama!)
I caught somebodys free floating OCD. Will you please update this noise, kind sir? For me? For humanity? I don't think that boy EVER will.
August 1st...Big Foot...mmm mmm MM! ::smack::

I enjoyed the new interview you put up. Thanks, Renee, for prodding that out of him.

No way, that is so amazing!
The only magazine I subscribe to is New York Magazine. The first time I saw an issue, they had your picture in that little celebrity thing twords the beginning, at the Baxter premier. So I had to subscribe. :P

Bop bop Miss Z, if so, it was just to shut me up.
(Yet I continue on...)
But Michael, I'd just like to know more about why someone in show-biz, doesn't watch themselves "show". That's odd, isn't it? Or is that common among you folk?
And speaking of the fabulous interview...the 20 year reunion fiasco - where are you on that decision? (I think you would be very surprised at how fun, and healing - yeeees, healing - it would be.)

Or not fun at all? I didn't go to my 20th and I don't regret it. A bunch of people I didn't click with then and don't need to know anything about now. I didn't go to save myself the embarrassment of having to admit to someone's face that I had absolutely no recollection of them at all. But everyone's situation is different. Maybe you could reconnect in the hotel restroom with the first boy you ever kissed...or something.

You've made my school's newspaper; you should be proud.

Great job on the NIU article, Derek!
First boy I ever kissed was Greg S., under the kindy-garden stairs. He's gay now.
Seriously, I wouldn't have missed the 5th, 10th, or 20th reunion for the world. As far as the jerks - people change - a lot. That's what I mean by there is some healing. Not drawn out "Dr. Phil sessions" , just enough to dissipate any of those crap ass memories. People are always eager to make things right, especially after many years or "real" life.
I still say, Michael, if I were you? I'd go with my lovely partner at my side, decked to to the 9's and smiling ear to ear. You have so much to be proud of. You both would illuminate the room. (And selfishly I, like so many others, would LOVE to read your take on the experience!)

Hey Michael, saw you with some friends in Baltimore last night. Great stuff, thanks. We got tickets to see Stella for the New York 40th... but we aren't 21. You should like, help us out, man.
