Impressive! I wasn't planning on pre-ordering the book because I didn't want to wait for it to ship, but now I think I will. Now I need to come up with another book to order with it so I get free shipping...any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestions, Camille. The first book is unavailable, but I may seriously consider the second. I don't usually purchase books (the library is my friend!), but of course this will be an exception.
